Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) in Hong Kong

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) has become more popular in Hong Kong these days. The board is more flat than the usual surf board that allows you to stand still more easily – some even bring their dogs on the board or do yoga on it.  Here’s a quick list of where you can rent Stand up paddle boards or take SUP courses in Hong Kong.

1. Stanley Beach (HK Aqua-bound Centre)

HK Aqua-bound Centre (Club ABC) is located at Stanley Main Beach, which you can easily access from the  city centre. While everyone does shopping at Stanley market, why not ride on a stand up paddle board for a few hours? You can do island hopping from Stanley beach to other beaches – Repulse Bay in the west and Shek O in the east. On your own or want to find a guide, you can join their SUP Tour (min. 2 people).
