Wanna run faster than a horse? Run at Happy Valley Racecourse!
Happy Valley Racecourse, located in Happy Valley on Hong Kong Island, provides a great training trail for runners. About 1370m for one lap, its well-paved flat path (next to the racetrack) is perfect for business travelers who are tired of running track-mill. Changing room, toilet and lockers are available at the building in the middle of the sports ground. Open to public except on a race day.
Length: 1370m per lap
Opening hour: 5:00am – Midnight (except on a race day - race schedule)
How to get there:
- Take MTR to Causeway Bay station (Exit A), walk for 20 mins along Wong Nai Chung Road.
- Take tram to Happy Valley Tram Terminus.
- Take bus no.1 outside Admiralty MTR station (Exit C1), or take bus no.1M outside Admiralty MTR station (Exit D). Operated on the occasion of Race Days hold at Happy Valley only 2 hours before first race until 10 mins before first race.
- Take bus no.19 at Yee Wo Street in Causeway Bay.
